Eric Breuer

Chief Operating Officer

Eric Breuer joined IMPACT Group as Senior Vice President in June 2018. He was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in January 2020.

With over 28 years in the consulting industry, Eric brings deep experience building innovative and pragmatic solutions and strategies for Fortune 500 companies, along with a trusted advisor style, a high level of strategic insight, and relationship-building skills that support key talent initiatives.

Eric spent the last 10 years with Right Management as Vice President and Senior Member of the Executive Committee, where he was responsible for the achievement of P&L exceeding $30 million through territory and sales process/opportunity management, business development, project management, and operational oversight. Eric specialized in solution selling leadership development, coaching, assessment, organizational effectiveness, strategic workforce consulting, career consulting, and career transition.

Eric began his career at Xerox, holding roles as a systems analyst and programmer for seven years. During his 15 years with IKON Office Solutions, Eric served as National Director, Enterprise Services, managing consulting and sales teams and opportunities within IKON’s top 10 accounts. Prior to that, he was the Regional VP/Director running IKON’s professional services business for the Western region of the US and overseeing a broad team of salespeople, consultants, project managers, systems analysts, and IT personnel supporting a solutions business of $114+ million.

A lifelong learner, Eric has trained in such areas as Six Sigma Champion Yellow Belt, Emerging Leadership, Smart Process, and Malcolm Baldrige Quality.
