Each participant completes the LeaderQ pre-assessment, establishing a baseline that will guide future success.

Learn

Structured content modules build practical knowledge relevant to the realities of frontline management.

Apply

Translate concepts into real leadership actions in the flow of actual work, not a classroom.

Coach

1:1 sessions with an IMPACT Group coach to reinforce learning, build accountability, and work through real challenges.

Final Assessment

Once the Learn, Apply, and Coach cycles have completed, a final review will take place.

Programs run three or six months depending on the depth of development your organization needs. Scales to 1,000+ participants.
