Kristi is passionate about helping people and organizations thrive. Known for her strategic yet pragmatic, results-driven, and growth-focused leadership style, she transforms complex organizations into high-performing, purpose-driven enterprises. As the Senior Vice President of Coaching and Operations, she drives strategic growth with a focus on enhancing operational excellence, user experience, quality, and scalability, and ultimately fulfilling IMPACT Group’s global mission of maximizing human potential in an increasingly tech-enabled world.

Prior to joining IMPACT Group, Kristi served as a senior executive in the U.S. federal government where she oversaw operations, strategy, and development for complex, globally dispersed teams spanning the U.S., Asia, Europe, and Latin America. She excelled at strengthening strategic alignment, driving performance, improving workplace culture, and advancing the agency’s mission.

In addition to her leadership roles, Kristi has also served as an Executive Coach to leaders across all major industries, including Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies, helping them strengthen leadership capacity and close the gap between potential and peak performance.

Kristi holds a master’s degree in Executive Leadership, a master’s certificate in Comprehensive Evidence-Based Coaching, and is an ICF Professional Certified Coach. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with family and friends. She also volunteers as a mentor and board member, helping emerging leaders and businesses enhance innovation and dream big.
