HighIMPACT Teams is an immersive onsite experience built around Team EQ™ — the collective emotional intelligence of your team. Using the Birkman Method Assessment, participants gain a deep understanding of their own behavioral style, the styles of their teammates, and how those dynamics show up under pressure.

This is not a motivational event. It is a data-driven experience that gives teams a shared language, clear working agreements, and practical tools they can use the moment they walk back into the room together.

What is Team EQ?™

How It Works

Assess

Every participant completes the Birkman Method Assessment before the event. This proprietary tool reveals each person’s behavioral style, motivations, and stress responses — creating the data foundation for everything that follows.

Debrief

Individual Birkman debrief sessions help participants understand their own results before coming together as a team.

Experience

A one to one-and-a-half day onsite event brings the team together to explore their collective dynamics, build mutual understanding, and create Common Agreements — a shared set of team norms that guide how they work together going forward.

Sustain

Post-program consulting is available to help teams apply their insights and reinforce their Common Agreements over time.
