Bradley Shepard brings more than 30 years of experience in global corporate mobility and relocation to his role at IMPACT Group. He specializes in consultative mobility program design, helping clients build best-practice solutions that drive cost reduction, compliance, and an improved experience for transitioning employees.

Over his career, Brad has led business development and strategy functions multiple relocation management companies (RMCs), and IMPACT Group, where his work has spanned policy and program development, international assignment services, global contract negotiations, RFP support, and supplier management. He is known for his ability to translate a client’s financial and operational goals into practical mobility strategies that scale with organizational growth to drive successful outcomes for all stakeholders.
Brad holds the CRP (Certified Relocation Professional) designation and has been an active leader in the industry, including as a board member and past president of the St. Louis Employee Relocation Council, along with involvement in the Midwest and Worldwide Employee Relocation Councils.
