Vice President, Human Resources
Christina Callahan joined IMPACT Group in 2010 as Organizational Development Manager and was promoted to Director, Human Resources in 2015. She later advanced to Vice President, Human Resources in 2021. In this role, Christina successfully manages people, budgets, projects and organization-wide initiatives in a fast-paced, constantly changing global environment.
A business-oriented organizational development professional with more than 11 years of progressive experience supporting rapidly growing global organizations, Christina excels at aligning human capital to business strategies through the design and implementation of talent management practices. Prior to her role as Director, she was responsible for implementing IMPACT Group’s first organization-wide competency model and targeted development program with initiatives for different levels of employees aligned to competencies. She managed multiple high-level, cross-functional strategic projects, including the implementation of a new applicant tracking system and recruiting process. Prior to IMPACT Group, Christina held organizational development and training roles at TALX/Equifax and Edward Jones.
Christina holds numerous certifications including: SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources), DDI (Development Dimensions International) Facilitator, Lominger Leadership Architect, Lominger Team Architect, Lominger Interviewing Architect, Lominger Voices: 360 Feedback Facilitation and Interpretation, MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) Step One and Step Two, Foundations of Project Management (35 contact hours of training), ATD (formerly ASTD) Coaching Certification and The Birkman® Method Assessment. She received her Master of Arts in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Southern Illinois University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Truman State University.
